UC Compass is a college access tool that makes it easy for schools and districts to track their students’ progress toward college eligibility.
Reports
UC Compass reports are available twice a year, in the spring and fall. Our evaluations include validation and repeated course rules for both the UC and CSU. Dual enrollment courses and international records are also included, if applicable.
Customized training
UC Compass curates trainings for partners, both in person and virtual, based on their needs and goals at no extra cost.
Two-step evaluation process
UC Compass combines an automated verification of A-G courses against a school’s list of A-G approved courses and a manual review by an expert cadre of UC evaluators who will verify out of state, international and dual enrollment courses. This results in the most accurate A-G transcript analysis available.
Data analysis & insights
A-G policy experts and UC data analysts combine their expertise to deliver deep dives into district and school data that can reveal, among other things, equity gaps, grade level summary profiles as well as predictive analysis to guide district improvement strategies.
An affordable option
If your school participates in UC-affiliated outreach programs (EAOP, GEAR-UP, MESA and Puente), you can access UC Compass at no charge. Some districts pay a reduced fee based on volume and outreach efforts, for other districts the fee is a dollar per student.
