Frequently used
These are the most commonly accessed UC Compass reports. They allow advisors who work closely with students to identify gaps in coursework required to meet the minimum A-G requirements. These reports are the quickest way to inform advisors about opportunities to increase A-G completion rates.
District level
District level reports are used by district administrators to identify opportunities for systemic change. They allow users to view side-by-side comparisons of all high schools within the same district and make use of district-wide data to create strategic plans to implement A-G completion initiatives.
School level
Use these reports to help inform master course planning and to close opportunity gaps. These reports are typically used by school advisors and administrators to make data-informed decisions about course placement, to isolate subject areas and specific courses that maybe be obstacles to overall A-G completion and to indentify courses that could be classified as A-G but are currently not.
Strategic and historical
These reports are used by district administrators to identify historical trends in overall A-G completion rates and in individual subject areas in their home districts. A-G completion rates can be viewed by school year or by graduating year cohort.
