Understanding the course and GPA benchmarks report
This report provides the course requirements that should be completed in each grade to stay on track to meet the minimum A-G requirements by the end of 12th grade.
Filter options
Allows users to filter by school and to view either the UC or CSU report.
A-G completion by grade level
Displays the percentage and number of students in each grade level who are meeting, close to meeting or not meeting overall grade level benchmarks (this includes meeting the minimum GPA and successful completion of the required number of years of all subject areas being monitored in that grade). Click on any portion of a grade-level bar graph to display the A-G completion by subject area.
A-G completion by subject area
Displays the percentage and number of students who have successfully completed or not completed the required number of years (per grade level benchmarks) in subject areas being monitored.
A-G GPA benchmark
Displays the percentage and number of students who are meeting the GPA threshold of either the UC and CSU.
Average A-G GPA
Displays the average UC or CSU GPA for the students in the selected grade level.
Course recovery
Displays a list of students who have received a D or F and the specific courses in each subject area that may need to be recovered. This is helpful in identifying credit recovery needs and informing the master schedule as well as staffing needs.
